Return & Exchange

You can return the product you purchased from P'ti Gens within the scope of the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, in accordance with the relevant articles of the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation. It is sufficient that the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal be sent to us within this period. In this case, the invoice amount will be refunded to the card you used for shopping with, or you can purchase a P'ti Gens gift card equal to the amount. Your refund requests are not accepted from other platforms.

Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, used or cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

Following the arrival of your product to us, if no definite malfunction or deterioration due to reasons such as usage error is detected after examination by our officials, the product price will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days. When your return request is approved, you will be notified by e-mail. If your return request is not approved as a result of the examinations to be carried out by our officials, the reason for the return rejection will be stated and the product(s) you sent for return will be sent back via pre-paid cargo to the delivery address you specified.

The product you want to exchange must be sent by any cargo company, with a note containing your name and surname and your exchange request, at your expense.
